1. Nothing on this agreement affects your statutory right.

2. We may change, temporarily suspend or terminate all or any part of this website at anytime without prior notice at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check if any alterations to this site has taken place. Your continued use and placing of any order constitutes your acceptance of these changes and terms of conditions.

3. All descriptions and weights are those of the original manafacturer and are intended to give only a general description of the goods. As a result descriptions are not part of this agreement. The weight to be shipped includes the weight of the packaging of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for any changes to the manafacturers descriptions, weights or packaging.

4. In the event of any products that the customers orders not being available or discontinued, from the customer information details given by the customer to ourselves we will contact the customer and offer an alternative product, weight or brand which equates to or exceeds the same value in order to complete the customers order. If these options are not acceptable to the customer then we will offer a refund. We will then process the customers order to their instructions.

5. Payment can be made by cheque in which goods will be dispatched once the cheque have been cleared through a British Bank.

6. Payments must be made in full before the customers order is processed and dispatched.

7. All payment will be made in British Pounds Sterling, the payment will be converted into the customers currency by their debit/credit card company. A Bit Of Blighty cannot be held responsible for currency fluctuations.

8. Online payments are processed through the clearing agent World Pay by secure security systems.

9. We will despatch your order within three working days.

10. Deliveries will be made by our courier to the address details given to us by the customer. It is the customers responsibility for them to arrange that someone will be able to receive and sign for the delivery.

11. Delivery timescales are approximate and made by our couriers.

12. Delivery of goods to certain countries may be subject to import duties or local taxes and may be levied once the goods reach the customers country of residence. The customer is responsible for such payment and as a result the customer should contact their local customs office before completing the order.

13. Certain goods are banned from importing into different countries therefore it is the customers responsibility to order only goods that will be allowed into the customers country of residence and that there are no restrictions on any goods that they have ordered.

14. A Bit Of Blighty will not be held responsible for any goods that have been opened, interfered with, delayed or impounded by customs or local agents and no refunds will be given.

RETURNS

15. You the customer has the right to cancel by informing us in writing within seven days of when your order was delivered. The goods must be unopened in their original condition and having not been tampered with in any way. The cost of returning the goods is to be paid by you the customer.

16. The contract between A Bit Of Blighty and the customer shall be governed solely by the current laws of England
